What is your return policy?

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. On new, unused merchandise, if you are not satisfied, simply return the item in its original, unopened packaging to the location where the purchase was made within 30 days for full refund. Are you offering any rebates on pool equipment?

Pinch A Penny wants to help you save money on pool equipment, so we occasionally offer rebates on select items. Whenever a manufacturer notifies us of a rebate they’re offering, we will add that information to the product detail page on our website. While the rebate itself isn’t issued through Pinch A Penny, we aim to provide information on how to contact the manufacturer so you can get your rebate. Does Pinch A Penny sell used or refurbished pool equipment?

Absolutely not. Every piece of swimming pool equipment Pinch A Penny offers is completely new, direct from the manufacturer, and sold in its original packaging.
