This "Promotion Card" means a card issued by Pinch A Penny, LLC as part of advertising or in store promotion program. Customer acknowledges that no money or other things of value has been paid in exchange for this Promotion Card.
CARDS ARE CLEARLY MARKED "PROMOTION CARD" ON THE FACE OF THE CARD AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. The term "Promotion Card" does not include a "Gift Card" or a "Store Credit."
The Promotion Card is activated at the time of issuance. A Promotion Card can only be redeemed at Pinch A Penny® retail stores and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise offered for sale at any participating location.
THIS PROMOTION CARD EXPIRES ONE (1) YEAR AFTER ISSUANCE.
By accepting and retaining the Promotion Card or using the Promotion Card you agree to these terms and conditions.
Promotion Cards are not redeemable for cash. Pinch A Penny, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates or franchisees will not replace lost or stolen Promotion Cards. Additional credit cannot be added to a Promotion Card. A Promotion Card cannot be resold, and Pinch A Penny, LLC reserves the right to void any Promotion Card it believes has been resold.
If the qualifying product is returned for a refund, the value of the card will be deducted from any refund amount, if applicable.
