Grilling by the pool can make a perfect day even better! These fish tacos made on the Big Green Egg are a great way to infuse the fish with lots of smoky flavor. We use redfish for our recipe, but you can substitute another type of fish if you would like.
Here is the full recipe:
Heat grill to 425
Push charcoal to one side
Add wood chips to the charcoal
Insert grilling grate and place fish on the opposite side of coals
Smoke for 10 minutes
Move fish over coals and cook for 5 additional minutes
Add fish and coleslaw to taco shell, spritz with lime and enjoy!
