This simple but delicious recipe will have your friends and family calling for more!
What you’ll need:
3 lbs. ground beef
4 oz. bleu cheese
Big Green Egg Ancho Chile and Coffee Seasoning
Tomato
Onion
Hamburger Buns
Directions:
- Mix ground beef and bleu cheese in a bowl.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Form mixture into patties and season with Ancho Chile and Coffee rub
- Heat Big Green Egg Grill to 450°
- Cook burgers on indirect heat for 5 minutes on each side
- (Optional) Lightly grill buns
- Slice tomato and onion, add to burger and serve!
