If you are looking for a fun, holiday-themed recipe, we’ve got just the thing for you. The "Red, White and Bleu Burger" puts a new twist on an old favorite. This simple but delicious recipe will have your friends and family calling for more!

What you’ll need:

3 lbs. ground beef

4 oz. bleu cheese

Big Green Egg Ancho Chile and Coffee Seasoning

Tomato

Onion

Hamburger Buns

Directions:

  • Mix ground beef and bleu cheese in a bowl.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Form mixture into patties and season with Ancho Chile and Coffee rub
  • Heat Big Green Egg Grill to 450°
  • Cook burgers on indirect heat for 5 minutes on each side
  • (Optional) Lightly grill buns
  • Slice tomato and onion, add to burger and serve!
